We are thrilled to announce that Ericka Ditty, RN has taken on the new and expanded role as Lakes Urgent Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator. She now oversees patient care at our West Bloomfield and Livonia offices. Ericka has a passion for teaching nursing skills and is a member of the American Nurses Association. She joined Lakes Urgent Care in 2008, started her nursing studies at Oakland University and finished her clinical rotations at Schoolcraft College in 2020 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Clinical Excellence Award as voted by her professors. Ericka’s presence at both locations supports our mission of consistently providing great care to every patient.

Twenty years ago, Lakes Urgent Care opened in West Bloomfield with the mission of providing the community with a place to receive the highest quality medical care, after hours, on weekends, or when a primary care physician was not available. We also helped patients avoid an unnecessary and expensive trip to a hospital emergency department. In September of 2015, we opened our second location in Livonia with the same dedication to service.
“We pride ourselves on providing excellent emergency room type services in both of our convenient Lakes Urgent Care locations, being a member of Urgent Care Association of America, remaining open every day of the year including the pandemic lock down years and having helped over 450,000 patients since opening our doors, said Lakes Urgent Care owner, Dr. Lawrence Dell.” We recently completely remodeled our West Bloomfield office to provide every patient with a better experience.
"It has been a pleasure serving the community and patients of Lakes Urgent Care,” said Lakes Urgent Care Medical Director, Dr. Haidar Al-Saadi. “We hope to be available to serve for years to come and continue to provide appropriate and efficient healthcare. We strive to be the best, and our patients are our priority as always."
