Mental Health Moment:
Emotional Bank Account!

I teach this to my clients when they are unable to pinpoint the source of their burnout or fatigue.

1st Create a List of all the roles you play to others (wife, mom, friend, employee)

2nd For each role, determine how much you give or do for each. Is it daily, weekly, monthly. These are withdrawals

3rd For each role, determine how much they give back to you or positively benefit you. These are deposits.

4th I believe in seeing, so mark those who appear equal in green 💚 Those that are somewhat off balance in yellow 💛. This is normal as we can't always give to others and they can't always give to us but we can see they're trying. Those that produce no return or those that only give to you in red ❤️.

The relationships in 💚 are good to go and you equally add value to each other regularly. Those that are yellow 💛 may not be there all the time but show up when you need them and you do the same for them. Those in ❤️ are either always taking from you without giving you anything in return or you are always taking from them without giving back. Evaluate these relationships, because it may be time to let them go and if you're the taker, ask yourself why am I not showing up for this person and decide to let them go or to do better and show up for them too.

I hope you join me for the next steps, next Thursday @ 9 am EST!!!

Travel Options 2025 ✈️

If you're struggling to find places to visit this year, here's 3 options to get your planning started

1. New to Travel? Take a Cruise - Cruises allow you to visit various locations during one trip. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about different locations and determine if you want to return for a longer stay. You can also create your vacation based on your financial needs. I love the Excel Class ships from , which are the Celebration, Mardi Gras, and Jubilee. Get started this year because new ships are rolling in!!!

2. To meet Great People and Flamingos, Visit Aruba - Maybe it's just me, but I met some of the nicest people in Aruba. The water is absolutely beautiful and calm. By staying at the , you have access to Flamingo Beach, where you can plan a sunset dinner or a day in your own overwatch bungalow. Aruba offers great nightlife near the South Beach area and beautiful views from "Secret Beach"

3. Experience Adventure and Culture in Puerto Rico - The food, the architecture, and the waterfalls make this a great destination. Rent a golf cart and experience downtown or hike the mountains and take in views for miles. You can also take a day to explore the history throughout Puerto Rico but bring water, the walk is not for the weak. This is also a budget friendly vacation. If you're a US citizen, you do not need a passport, and the variety of hotels or resorts provide options for different budgets.

Let me know if you have questions about one of these vacation options Wind Creek Aruba Resort Rico Cruise Line
