Check out all of the amazing ingredients in your breastmilk! 🤱🏼

💧 Breastmilk provides all of the water an infant needs, even in hot and humid climates.
💧 Frequent feeding increases the fat content of each feed.
💧 Breastmilk composition can change over time, even in minutes during a feed.
💧 Our bodies will also change our milk composition as baby grows.
💧 Breastmilk contains disease-fighting antibodies and cells.

I love spending time with you and your littles. I will happily come to you so you can stay in your PJs, not have to worry about packing a diaper bag, and relax in the comfort of your safe space. I’ll even bring the caffeine 💕☕️
