Gurgaon’s air might be harsh on your lungs but a simple yogic cleanse can help your body filter out what your purifier can’t. 🌫️

✨ Here’s how to do Jal Neti safely at home:

🧂 You’ll need:

1 Neti pot

1 cup lukewarm, filtered water (body temperature)

½ tsp rock salt or Himalayan pink salt

🪷 Step-by-step process:

1️⃣ Mix the salt into warm water until it dissolves completely.

2️⃣ Fill your Neti pot with the saline solution.

3️⃣ Lean forward slightly over a sink and tilt your head to one side.

4️⃣ Gently insert the pot’s nozzle into the upper nostril.

5️⃣ Let the water flow through your nasal passage and exit from the other nostril.

6️⃣ Switch sides and repeat.

7️⃣ Once done, blow your nose gently to remove excess water.

📅 Frequency:

Do it 3–4 times a week, ideally in the morning before yoga or breakfast.

⚠️ Precautions:

Always use clean, filtered water.

Avoid if you have cold, fever, or nasal blockage.

Dry your nasal passages properly afterward.

💙 Cleanse your breath, calm your mind.
