The month of December is so very special to me. Things changed in the absolute best way when this little girl came into our lives.

I quickly learned that balance isn’t something that magically appears. It’s something I had to create.

It’s been one week since we’ve added a new member to our family.

Today I give thanks for my amazing team holding things down while I take the time to navigate motherhood.

Harvesting, cleaning & drying herbs, bagging, labeling, shipping and everything else that goes on behind the scenes around here.

We are open and tending to your herbal needs daily.

As for this mama, I am resting, healing and enjoying every second with our little one.

Gearing up for local deliveries today.

Today’s batch features a special request. An herb by the name of St. John’s Bush. It supports hormonal balance, eases PMS symptoms, boosts fertility and nourishes the reproductive system overall. It’s also iron rich and builds the blood.

As always, if you don’t see an herb on the site, don’t hesitate to ask! I may have it in my apothecary and simply haven’t added it yet which is something I’ll be updating in the next few weeks. So many herbs need to be uploaded to the site!

I’m grateful to be in a place where I can slow down, do what I love and really feed my soul.

As I wind down from a beautiful weekend, order notifications are rolling in and I just want to say thank you for shopping with me this Black Friday.

Some of you ordered for yourselves, others for friends and family and it truly means so much.

As a small business, offering big discounts is my way of giving back to the people who helped me build this little business from the ground up.

I haven’t raised prices in years (even though literally everything from labels to packaging keeps going up) because what I do as an herbalist feels important. I want my products to stay affordable and within reach for the people who truly need them.

Of course building a living from something I’ve poured everything into is a factor but I always try to stay mindful and reasonable.

You could have spent your money anywhere, but you spent it with me and for that, I’m so grateful.

Thank you for keeping me in business and for sharing my products with the people you love.

I’ll be up bright and early filling orders, responding to emails and tackling herbal therapy sessions but for now….I’m going to bed lol

I managed to get a shipment out this morning. I’m officially off and looking forward to a few nights of no service, sleeping in nature and s’mores by the bonfire with my family.

A man reached out to me and said he was traveling in two days and wanted to do a detox before his trip. The results he was looking to achieve in that amount of time were wildly unrealistic. I’m not a magician and I can’t make years of poor diet and lifestyle disappear in 48 hours.

I was honest with him and told him to keep his money because I wasn’t the herbalist for him.

After a short conversation with full transparency he ended up respecting my honesty, making realistic goals and committing to my cleansing protocol.

I could have sold him some bu****it and sent him on his way to secure the sale but that’s not what I’m here for.

If you want a commercial laxative that temporarily removes water weight and gives the illusion of results have at it. You won’t get it from me though.

I appreciate your patience while I made your products fresh. I know, I know. As a few days go by and you’re anxiously awaiting your herbs it can feel like I’m taking forever….but at the end, your body will be happy I took the time to make your items fresh.

I’m not pouring lead filled and pesticide covered Chinese herbs into a bag and reselling them to you.

I’m working by hand and doing this all from scratch.

I’ll be out from Thursday-Monday so I’m getting as many orders shipped and delivered as I possibly can. As of right now, I’m just about caught up. You guys will have your herbal remedies in no time!
