Flu A and Flu B are unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. People who never get sick are falling ill and being taken out with the rest of em. I think they are preparing us for the NIPAH virus. Doing little test runs and experiments to see just how bad it can get. I haven’t been wrong yet. With that being said, I’m a little shook.

I really think NIPAH is going to be the one to really do damage. Complete attack on our respiratory systems. It hits suddenly with no warning and it hits hard.

My daughter has a slight fever. She’s fully aware of what having a fever entails and what it means. She knows she needs to rest and hydrate and she’ll be just fine because her immune system is iron clad.

My husband was on the phone telling the family she’s sick and she quickly corrected him. She said “I am NOT sick, I’m healthy and strong! My immune system works!”

I know that’s right!

One thing I’ve taken from my journey as an herbalist is to never consent to or claim sickness. Your body is listening. Your cells are listening. Even when I’m under the weather, I’m still healthy and strong.

For a healthy child, a fever is not dangerous. It’s part of a natural healing process that our bodies were perfectly designed to do.

Everyday I find a new reason to be in awe of this kid.

The amount of women I’ve personally been able to assist avoid surgery makes me incredibly proud.

As someone who was told I had to have surgery or get no relief, I know the feeling of being backed into a corner.

I said NO and I’ve been changing lives (including my own) ever since.

I am no one’s guinea pig.
