Laini Gray, a Montana native, left home after high school to gain an education and pursue her “big city dreams”. She returned to Montana in 2008 complete with education, life experience and a desire to reconnect with the Montana lifestyle she cherished. As an experienced and well-esteemed fitness profession and health and lifestyle coach, Laini has been teaching group fitness classes, personal training, providing weight loss and health education programs and mentoring for the past 20 years. Laini is a healthy living enthusiast, with a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and happiness. She specializes in holistic lifestyle management and is committed to educating, encouraging and empowering others to live healthy and happy lives by incorporating fitness, good nutrition and a positive outlook. Everyone can benefit from a 🪱parasite🪱cleanse!
