Crystals are like friends”. When you first make a new friend, you naturally sum up who they are by what they like and dislike, associate with and have an affinity towards. They are beautiful to look at, great to meditate and relax with and are soothing and comforting. Just like an old friend.

NEW MOON LOVE

Love yourself. Trust yourself. Forgive yourself. Bless yourself. Value yourself. Be yourself. Accept yourself. Empower yourself.

Let’s practice some self love. Pamper yourself with some beauty treatments. Make sure you emotionally pamper yourself with some ho'oponopono, too!

You will need:
* Cleansing tool of choice (eg. herb sticks, wands, oil sprays, etc.)
* Ho'oponopono Prayer
* Pen and Paper
* Soothing background music or your power song

Have your music on quietly in the background. Start by cleansing your aura. Get into it - allow yourself to connect to the rhythm of the universe. This connection will work clearing and cleansing your aura. Repeat this process while you cleanse your surroundings.

Take your pen and paper and either begin free flow writing (so writing anything that comes to mind). Allow the music to inspire you as you write for at least 15-20 minutes. Once done, just reflect on what you have written. Pay attention to how you are feeling.

Finally, turn off the music and end the ritual by doing the prayer out loud. Ho’oponopono is a powerful Hawaiian prayer for heart healing.

Start the ho'oponopono meditation, take a few deep breaths with your eyes closed. Then, slowly repeat this mantra to yourself about 7 or 8 times. (“I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you… I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you“— and so on.)

After your meditation, spend the evening or rest of the day relaxing and being extra gentle with yourself.
