Pain is not created only in the body.
It is an experience produced by the brain based on the information it receives and how it interprets it.
This system is designed to protect you.
But when pain persists, it can become more sensitive and start reacting more easily.
This does not mean your body is damaged.
It means your system has become more protective.
The important part is that this system can also change.
Through gentle movement, breath and awareness, we can begin to support it and create a sense of safety again.
