Beauty Unleashed I am 19 years old. I am overweight and I hate it! My weight affects my sleep, my activity level, my relationships and my view of me. This wasn't an easy decision.

About 2 years ago, my doctor suggested weight loss surgery. http://www.networkcerise.com/BeautyUnleashed/ My name is Grace Boone, I am 19 years old. I have decided to have the surgery this summer before I go off to college in the fall. Surgery is scary and this is a life changing event. I have tried other methods. This is my jump start to weight loss and a healthy life. Here is where I am starting

Weight: 283 pounds

Waist: 52 inches

Neck: 16 inches

Hips: 60 inches

Thigh: 29 inches

Calf: 20 inches

Arm: 20.5 inches

Chest: 50 inches

Health Warning! Do NOT shampoo in the shower

DO NOT wash your hair in the shower!!

It’s so good to finally get a health warning that is useful!!!

IT INVOLVES THE SHAMPOO WHEN IT RUNS DOWN YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SHOWER WITH IT. WARNING TO US ALL!!! Shampoo Warning!

I don’t know WHY I didn’t figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and printed very clearly on the shampoo label this warning; “FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME.”

No wonder I have been gaining weight!

Well! I got rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with Dawn Dishwashing Soap. It’s label reads, “DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE.”

Problem solved! If I don’t answer the phone, I’ll be in the shower!

Hope you got a giggle out of that!

Sometimes you need to be alone in order to reflect on life. Take time out to take care of yourself. You deserve it.
