It's been over a week now that I've been back to working on the business and it has been challenging.

As I dived into Instagram and creating content, I felt overwhelmed and stressed 🥵

So I spent a lot of time the past 7 days, being curious 👀

Sitting in discomfort, inviting this fear to the table to have a chat with me to better understand it.

After a lot of back and forth, I realized this fear was preventing me from doing things MY way.

In all areas of my life, I've always found the most success when I followed my "bliss" and had fun in the process.

Last week, I did not see posting as fun but more as an obligation and a chore 🧹

Heck, if I'm running a business on top of working a 9-5 it's to have fun with it and not add more to my to-do list.

Looking for a gift for a friend's birthday, I happened to stumble upon a book called "The Power of Fun: How to Feel Alive Again" by Catherine Price 📙 (have you read it??).

I took it as a sign and decided to place FUN in the center of my content strategy this week and experiment with this!

After all, that's how all experiments we do in Nourishing Circle are set up 👉 they need to be EXCITING and achievable!

If an experiment is not exciting to you, you have to go back to the drawing board and tweak it until it is, it's non-negotiable!

Fun has such an incredible power and it's what has helped dozen of self-employed women in Nourishing Circle reclaim their confidence and wellbeing, one exciting experiment at a time 💫

No but seriously when was the last time you had fun with your wellbeing?

I mean TRUE fun! Eating tasteless salads, running for the sake of burning calories or refusing to going out for dinner with friends because it will ruin your “diet” are the Antagony of fun 👎

And that’s in part the reason why we can’t ever stick with these goals.

The goal should never be solely the end goal but the journey itself too 🙌

What’s the point of suffering through your wellbeing resolutions and dreading them?

Health is a long-term game, a life-long one actually. Wouldn’t prefer to have fun with it?

Playfulness and fun is part of my DNA, my value system and that’s why I placed those values at the core of Nourishing Circle.

That’s why we dance our wins together, that’s why we make sure everyone’s experiment is EXCITING, and that’s why we always end up laughing during our weekly calls - cause that’s FUN 🥳 and makes the journey so much enjoyable!

"I can't trust my body it's telling me to eat cookies every night"

If you're anything like my friend who shared this 👆 with me last weekend, this post is for you 💛

Intuitive eating is a personal process of honoring your health by paying attention to the messages of your body and meeting your physical and emotional needs AKA trusting your body.

But how can you trust your body when it tells you to eat things that are not supporting your health and well-being???

That's the million-dollar question, right 🤑

All of my clients felt this way at the beginning of their journey into Intuitive Eating.

Some felt like they could only be "in control" when they were dieting, restricting their food intake, or following strict diet rules.

For others, their relationship with food felt far from healthy, but it had been like that for so long that they didn’t know how to change it or if it was even possible?!

But it is possible!

I and my clients are living proof that it is possible to heal your relationship with food, body, and mind.

And no I'm not going to bu****it you and throw glitter ✨ at your eyes by giving you a 3 simple steps process to get there...
.. because the truth is that it is more complex than that and that's why I created my community program Nourishing Circle.

However, today I can help you understand why you crave cookies, or "unhealthy food".

Knowledge is power and I want to empower you because ultimately when we don't get the results we want, it's a matter of lack of knowledge.

Good news: you don't lack willpower, nor are you broken, on the contrary, you have a normal functioning brain, and your behavior is normal, let me explain...

Our brain 🧠 is wired to behave a certain way: the more we restrict something in our life, the more we will crave it.

Let's say you go camping, and can't take a shower for a week, you will be thinking and obsessing about this shower right? Same when you tell yourself "no more cookies".

With food specifically, the cycle you and everyone end up in when restricting food
