Balancing your body through the Spirit, Mind and Soul with body work or with essential oils can help you identify things you didn't realize you were carrying or holding on to. Explaining how your body gets to a certain point and help you understand how to identify and release what you are holding on to. Allowing God to help you surround yourself with him.
