You say you’re training hard. But are you really?
You sweat a bit. Feel the burn. Maybe even get sore.
But are you pushing? Are you progressing? Or just moving?
Most guys I speak to are working out. Few are actually training.
That’s the difference between staying stuck and getting stronger.
If you want real results, you’ve got to stop going through the motions.
Train like it matters. Or don’t complain when nothing changes.
