Built on the desire to support others on their health journey, MaryRuth’s is the passion project of MaryRuth Ghiyam, Certified Health Educator, Nutritional Consultant and Culinary Chef. MaryRuth was inspired to learn how people could use nutrition to live longer, healthier lives. While working one-on-one as a nutritional consultant, she noticed a gap in the supplement industry; it prompted MaryRuth to formulate a wholesome multivitamin, with vegan, non-GMO ingredients, safe for the entire family to take. Her vision has grown into an entire line of liquid supplements & probiotics, capsules, gummy vitamins and, last but not least, face and body products.

Game 4 of the World Series last night …. I wanted to take a very special moment to say thank you to my boyfriend Nick for being an incredible man in my life.

Baseball ⚾️ has always meant so much to me as I grew up watching so many games with my father and my brother Daniel (who both passed away) … when I was young my brother Daniel decided to root for the underdog team at the time it was the Montreal expos & his favorite player was Vladimir guerrero … it was so special last night to see the blue jays play the dodgers and see Vladimir Guerrero JUNIOR his son!

Also some of the MaryRuth Organics marketing team was also at the game last night! (Wyatt & Jon!) I hope the Dodgers win tonight as last night…The game ended early and I went home at 9 PM and took my mro liquid nighttime multi mineral skin renewal and went to bed. ⚾️🥎⚾️🥎

Two years ago I got divorced & something that helped me so much during that time period was coaching children’s basketball 🏀 because I got to spend even more time with my beautiful children & their friends & their parents … coaching children’s sports has been one of the most meaningful & deeply rewarding things in my life

October 23rd 1996 when I was 12 years old my dad passed away while I was in middle school … I remember the School office telling me to come to the office because my dad was on the phone…He said Mary I won’t be able to come to your soccer game today... I’m not feeling well….He passed away shortly after but it’s incredible that he called me. It’s incredible that I got to hear his voice. My father was an amazing lawyer who taught me at a young age how to have accountability and responsibility. I feel so much the mother I am today is because I had an incredible father growing up. I was his firstborn child and what’s incredible is when my mom was pregnant with me…My dad constantly said I really want to have a daughter first… I love you Dad. ❤️❤️❤️

Our Story

Message from the Founder, MaryRuth Ghiyam

My name is MaryRuth and since 2006, I have dedicated my life to health. After my father and brother passed away from heart conditions, my mother became ill with 2 benign brain tumors. I realized I had to find a way to help my mother heal. At that time, it was the turning point in the economy; we lost everything. Determined to take care of my mother, I traveled the country to learn about the body’s path to healing itself and became a Certified Health Educator, Nutritional Consultant, and later I started a program called The MaryRuth Method.

The program helped people reach their ideal weight and better health by teaching them how the digestive tract serves as our second brain. In just one year, hundreds of people signed up with me to achieve their ideal weight, health & energy! The MaryRuth Method spread so quickly. Soon after, I wanted to develop a line of healthy supplements, made with delicious, wholesome ingredients, that I would feel good about giving my own family and clients.

In 2014, I formulated the Morning Liquid Multivitamin and Nighttime Liquid Multimineral. By May 2015, our Liquid Vitamins became the #1 selling liquid vitamin nationwide on Amazon, and that’s how MaryRuth Organics was born!
