I wish more people with Hashimoto’s knew this…
Working out more, counting macros, and “eating clean” is not how you lose weight with Hashimotos Disease.
Those things can be helpful later.
But if your body is dealing with chronic inflammation, those strategies often just leave you feeling:
• exhausted
• frustrated
• stuck in weight loss resistance
Because the real issue isn’t usually calories.
It’s inflammation driven by your root cause.
When your body is inflamed, it can affect:
– metabolism
– hormone balance
– nutrient absorption
– cortisol regulation
– gut health
So you can be doing all the right things… and still feel like your body is fighting you.
This is why my approach to Hashimotos healing doesn’t start with calories or workouts.
It starts with identifying:
✔ your root cause
✔ the inflammation damage it created
✔ and what your body specifically needs to repair
When inflammation starts healing, your body often becomes much more responsive to nutrition and movement again.
This is the method I used in my own healing journey and the same method I use with my clients.
