Fired Upp Fitness Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach naturally supporting hormones and weight loss. Hi, I'm Natalie Upp, Owner of Fired Upp Fitness.

I'm just a typical 40+ mom who has been riding the rollercoaster ride of hormones in the transition to menopause. However, I'm also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach that LOVES to research and learn everything I can about keeping myself metabolically flexible through natural hormone balance. I want to look and feel GOOD rolling through my busy life. I'm so excited to share my knowledge so you can, too!

​I help moms over 35 increase their energy, improve their mood, and get back into their favorite clothes again. To achieve this, I teach you about a Hierarchy of Hormones and hold you accountable for consistently implementing "Healthy Five" habits. These are habits based on: Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, and Stress.

My goal is to get clients away from the traditional diet of eating less and exercising more. I want you to understand which hormones impact your health as you age and learn how to simplify hormone balance with new habits. Ultimately, I help moms LOOK, FEEL, AND LIVE BETTER. Hi! I'm Nat, and I totally get you!!

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for busy moms 35 and older who struggle to fit into their clothes, lack the confidence they once had about their bodies, and rarely have a moment to spare.

I GET YOUR STRUGGLES! I'm a 40+ mom who started my healthy journey 10 years ago. As I've gotten older along my journey, I've continued to tweak my step-by-step process to live healthy and feel good. I've discovered what works at our age.

Does your body just feel "off" lately? Are you looking to lose some inches? I help moms ditch the diets, discover a toned-up body, increase their energy, and get back into their favorite clothes again using simple, research-based methods that are flexible with real life.

I'm not the "quick-fix" coach, and I won't give you a diet of exactly what to eat day in and day out. But, I will break down and teach you HOW to eat healthy and implement exercise in ways that fit a busy schedule. My goal is to MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD AGAIN, not stress you out more!
