3. Don’t restrict calories! This is not sustainable or healthy. We are trillions of cells put together. Every cell in us has nutritional requirements that is non negotiable. If you want to be healthy, its not about eating less its about eating what the body needs. Love yourself enough to do that. Or you will always be fighting yourself.

4. Reduce stress. Make a list of the stressful things in your life and eliminate as much as possible. Stop caffeine. Caffeine raises stress hormones. Practice yoga. Meditate.

2 Tips for Healing your Hormones & Metabolism - Woman - PART 1

Did you know the vast majority of health and fitness research has been done on bodybuilding males in their 20s.

When women are addressed, its young fit female athletes.

What about women who are new moms?High-level executive women under stress? Women in their late thirties and early forties who are seeing metabolism slow down? Women going through the tumultuous swings of perimenopause? Women who are actively in menopause or past menopause? Woman who have unique hormonal situations that men don’t ever deal with?

If you feel like you have tried everything, followed all the “rules” and haven’t gotten results, it is because you have been following the wrong rules.

Well here are some tips to help you utilize the power of the female hormones;

1. Stop over exercising. For females it is better to work smarter not harder. Woman are far more sensitive to stress than men, which is why we need to exercise in a way that is supportive not taxing. All woman need is 15-20 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Use a mix of muscle burning exercises like squats/ pushups with a mix of cardio like burpees/ high knees. This activates fat burning & muscle tone, and doesn’t cause metabolic whiplash, cravings, fatigue, and burnout.
2. Stay moving. Non-exercise associated thermogenesis makes up 15% of our changeable metabolism. Exercise is only 5%. This is why women who walk a lot remain thin compared to women who don’t, whether they exercise or not. As a woman, walking and other non exercise activities- gardening, walking, fidgeting, taking the stairs, etc.—sensitize the body to your hormonal system and reduce cortisol.

When it comes to your health, there is no room for arrant opinions.

Whether your opinions are too rigid or too loose, you are ignoring your truth because;

You believe these opinions religiously, or you don’t care to have any opinions at all, and continue with confusion and carelessness.

Opinions are not realities or facts.

Opinions have become tribal, placing opinions at the level of facts and becoming overly influential.

They have been the focus instead of learning solid intuition and great instincts

Balanced opinions are essential for evolution and healthy movement

Opinions are often conditional,

based on the distorted memories and psychological constructs of the people before us,

Not certainties or efficiencies and yet they govern todays world

Breaking free of others opinions will contribute to ending modern slavery and lead to fulfillment and overall well-being and health.

Finding your unique consciousness/ dharma, letting go of extremes (rigid or null), and staying strong

So you can be the person you were meant to, which is perfect, vibrant, joyful, and of course whole and healthy.

The “religions and politics” aka other peoples opinions of health and wellness should have no say in your journey unless they completely resonate with your instincts and intuition, not your conditioned opinions.

Don’t search for peoples opinions that you agree with,

Find the truth for you

Your health and well-being comes before confirmation bias, any day of the week

Our actions affect others.

We experience our creations, so we must take responsibility.

You can’t blame anyone else for the kind of world you’re in.

We can’t point a finger at someone else, cause they will point it at someone else, and so on, where does it end?

The ego frustrates the transformation of human consciousness.

You are no longer poor, little and afraid.

You are this universe.

You are creating it. At every moment.

Let your thoughts, feelings, words and actions be in harmony and peace.

That’s the birth of responsibility
