🌟 Choose Kindness Over Cruelty 🌟
Mocking, teasing, or bullying someone doesn’t make you stronger — it only spreads hurt. You never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile. 💔
Your words have weight. Use them to lift others up, not to tear them down.Kindness costs nothing, but its impact lasts a lifetime. 💛
Let’s build a culture where respect, empathy, and compassion are what make us “cool.”

🌟 THANK YOU 🌟

What an amazing day at the Live to Rise: Fun Run for Recovery! Over 50 people participated in the run/walk, and even more came out to attend, cheer, and show support for recovery in our community. 💜

We are proud to share that we raised over $1,000 for Brosmer House 🎉 — with a final count to come once all event expenses are settled.

We are so grateful to our sponsors who made this event possible: Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, Helming Brothers Inc, Heaven's Best Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Third Generation Timber Consulting, Churches Embracing Offenders, Messmer Mechanical, The Servants, Inc., Jasper Brick Oven Pizza and Chester Fried Chicken, Leben Nutrition, and Transforming Hope Center for Women's Ministries, Dubois County

A huge thank you also to our vendors who brought valuable resources and information to share with participants: Dove Recovery House for Women, LifeSpring Health Systems, Behind The Wire Ministries, Celebrate Recovery- Jasper, IN, and Creating Community Connections!

Additional thanks to DC Multisport for being our fiduciary agent - none of this would've been possible without you.

Special shout out to Retro Mexican Cuisine, Hasenour's All Natural Pork & Beef, Sanders Catering for condiments and napkins, Cake Babies for the cookies and everyone else who made this day possible!

Most of all, thank YOU to everyone who came out to walk, run, volunteer, or support the cause. Together, we’re reducing stigma and lifting up hope for recovery. 💜👟

🌟 Thank you. 🌟

We are deeply grateful to the more than 80 people who joined us for our 2025 Overdose Awareness Candlelight Vigil 💜 Together, we honored the lives lost, supported those who are grieving, and strengthened our community’s commitment to hope and healing.

Your presence made this evening so meaningful, and it’s a reminder that none of us are alone in this journey. In memory of those we’ve lost, hope truly takes flight. 🦋
