Helen was busy today at Brafferton Village Hall for a soap making session, and the results looked amazing!

I often think it’s a shame on posts like this that you can’t smell the pictures because I bet those soaps smell lush 😍

With only a week left of this month we're looking ahead to what's coming in May here at Craft and Create North East CIC!

We have already had 12 workshops sell out for next month, but don't worry there's still plenty of sessions that do still have availability - be quick though as some are now very limited.

Ceri has had a lovely morning at Great Lumley Community Centre this morning!

Today’s session was glass leading and flowers were particularly popular, with a couple of abstract designs and even a snail for a bit of variety!

This has been an incredibly popular addition to our workshop schedule with current classes sold out until November, but we might try and squeeze another one in somewhere if we can - any suggestions for a venue??

Speaking of which, last night Helen had a fabulous crafty session at Greenhills Centre for lampshade making, resulting in some stunning bespoke shades!

Today Leanne was in action at Elvet & Bailey for a Jesmonite workshop and by the looks of things everyone had a fabulous time!!

Helen was in action at Field & Fodder today for a spring wax melt workshop.

Also this morning Ceri had our last Fun and Food session, which was glass painted mason jars.

Then this afternoon she was back in Sedgefield for a tree of life themed dreamcatcher workshop!

That’s it for our kids sessions for now as everyone’s back to school on Monday (boooo!) BUT we’ve already started to add some summer crafty sessions to our diary, so if you head over to our events page or website you’ll find all the details for what’s coming up to keep the kids occupied ☀️
