Emotional Clearance Therapy & Anxiety.

One of my younger clients is getting ready for a new life at University.
He came to me this week and said.

The way I see it our brains are like hard drives, storing & filing everything, every second of our lives.
Everything we see. feel. think, hear ..in it goes filed away in that huge brain computer.
The problem is there's so much in there the hard drives gets full & overloaded & our conscious mind doesn't really know what's in there or even why its there, its hidden deep sometimes. We don't even know its there.

It's like I'm carrying a heavy rucksack of stuff, and I don't know what it is or why I feel this way, or how to get rid of it , or how to access it .
I feel this anxiety and I want it gone.
I want to feel free and light , to be able to enjoy planning my future without this dreadful anxiety at every step.
Its holding me back in so any ways.

We agreed the subconscious/unconscious thoughts needed releasing.

Feeling overwhelmed is such a common phenomena.
This saying really rings true for me.
I love being busy, but can easily find myself with what feels like a huge mountain to climb.

Taking that first step can feel BIG.

One step at a time is all that's needed.
Small steps., just one at a time, slow and steady, then hey presto. before we know it we are half way there.

Why do we put off tasks & activities?

I had a client come to me because she said she delayed & put off events & tasks , even ones she felt positive about.

She said to me
***why do I do this ? I know things need doing, sometimes I find I deliberately distract myself to put off a task. I'm starting to get behind & frustrated with myself . I want to just get on with it.
I feel stuck & fed up ***

I guided her into hypnosis & initiated an emotional clearance session.
It soon became clear this was a confidence issue.

Using inner child work I then dealt with reframing her subconscious thoughts to deal with the unhelpful emotions & experiences that were holding her back.

I then set a positive intentions & forward paced to ensure that from that day she would have the tools to enjoy whatever task she set herself.

We never really know how our mind stores & processes a situation .

Hypnosis is the most wonderful way to free ourselves from unhelpful habits & routines.

This client is now free and enjoying getting on with her life and tasks with confidence & gusto.

***Absolutely amazing session I had with suzi, I was a bit like ooo what do I expect! But honestly never ever felt soo relaxed with someone who I’ve never met before! The whole experience was amazing felt soo relaxing! I can’t even put into words how amazing Suzi is! Anyways I was petrified of flying don’t know why but we move, had a few session and honestly I felt absolutely fine, I wasn’t sure if the session had worked until I was on the plane but they honestly did! I’m soo nervous on a flight but this time I had no heavy legs, wasn’t worried, soo relaxed I listened to what Suzi told me! I would highly recommend the sessions to anyone!!***
