Welcome to my page!
I’m Charity with Faith, Hope & Charity, LLC. I’m a 50-year-old mom of four plus two, a grandmother. My passion is overall health, youthfulness, energy, and vitality, and helping others find this life, too!
Wellness became my passion, the day my three-week-old baby was sick over 19 years ago. I didn’t want a life of sickness for my infant, one that I remember so well growing up - all the missed events because I didn’t feel well. I was always struggling with allergies, low energy, migraines, and sickness, and I didn’t want that life for my children. I had accepted the lie that it was normal to feel that way, but I wanted to take a stand for my baby. How in the world could my three-week-old child be sick already?
I made an appointment with a holistic doctor for the first time and that moment changed my life forever. My eyes were opened to a whole new revelation that I had never heard of before. FOOD IS MEDICINE! What you eat affects how you feel.

Feeding your faith and hope with Charity was born five years ago with Trim Healthy with a desire to help you set up a firm foundation of health! After fives years, I have now moved on and retired this page, but you're invited to follow my health journey at --

I am moving my page to Faith Hope Charity Ingleright. Come follow me there for inspiration on health.

I turn to food for comfort, when I am heartbroken, happy or sad. I need to turn to Jesus. I have learned to turn to food with value and this is why I share.
💔 When I’m heartbroken, sad, confused, tired, or stressed, it’s so easy to reach for the wrong thing—
👉 a comfort meal,
👉 skipping food altogether,
👉 or mindlessly eating everything in sight.
But over the years, I’ve learned something: what I choose in those moments matters.
✨ Instead of drowning my feelings in food that drags me down, I’ve trained my mind to reach for healing foods and healing mindset. Sometimes they’re comforting too, but always nourishing. And if food isn’t enough, I go for a walk, open my Bible or pour my heart out in prayer.
Because I know one thing for sure—
🍕 The chips, the pizza, the quick fix… they may soothe me for a minute, but they never heal me.
🥗 A wholesome, healing meal honors my body—my temple—and brings a little healing to my heart, too.
💚 Healing isn’t just about what’s on the plate, it’s about the choices that lift us up instead of pulling us deeper into the depths of yuck.
11:00am first meal after Psalm Sisters and a 3-mile walk with a friend:
🥒 Bubby’s Fermented Pickle – Gut-loving probiotics that support digestion and immunity.
🐟 Flounder – Lean protein rich in selenium, B12, and omega-3s for brain, thyroid, and heart health.

😴 Want Better Sleep? Step Away from the Screens! 🌙

The artificial blue light from phones, TVs, and tablets tricks your body into thinking it’s still daytime. This light stimulates the production of cortisol (your daytime, alertness hormone) and blocks the natural rise of melatonin (your sleep hormone).

➡️ The result? Your body stays in “go mode” instead of preparing to rest, making it harder to fall asleep and to reach deep, restorative sleep.

Power down your screens at least 30–60 minutes before bed. Try swapping that time for reading, journaling, stretching, or a calming bedtime routine.
