These are my 6 personal skin care staples in 2026 that I come back to again and again:

1️⃣ A non perfumed moisturiser to keep my barrier calm and hydrated
2️⃣ Daily SPF to protect the results of everything I do in clinic
3️⃣ Prescription vitamin A at night for smoother, refined looking skin*
4️⃣ A vitamin C antioxidant serum each morning for extra environmental support
5️⃣ Castor oil as my simple brow, lash and dry-patch conditioner
6️⃣ A barrier balm for lips and any areas that need extra comfort

You do not need to use what I use, but having your own “staples” makes it much easier to stay consistent and see results.
