Good morning, all, thank you for following my page, hypnosis can help with stress, but Id encourage you to try free things first, not because I dow't what it can do, but sometimes the free advice is over looked. Also, I don't do hypnosis for the money, I do it because I enjoy being able to help people, and love the changes which it can help make, when clients have an open mind to things being successful!

Have a great day and if that is a struggle, find a reason in the day to be thankful, even if it is you've woken up, been able to move, not had a siezure, there's always something.

Good morning you lovely people, before going to London I decided to adapt a script for myself, which I recorded and played back to myself. Scripts/ hypnosis can work if you are open minded, and wanting change, if not it is not going to work.

Is there something in your life where you want change? Are you sceptical? Open minded to the possibilities that hypnosis can support you in your chapter?

Good morning, all, hoping you had a good week last week. I had a couple of days in London and even though Im not keen on heights went on the London Eye- I have to say it was a pretty amazing view with all the night lights.

I will get back to my hypnotherapy posts tomorrow, but for now here was one of the amazing views..

Today is wear yellow for Mental Health Day, for once Ive remembered!

MH is like a mindfield, not just good days or bad days but every second and minute counts for highs and lows.

Try and find at least 1 positive from each day, even if it is I got. If you can do one why not have a think and see if you can do 2; it maybe you got some washing done or managed to achieve something else, it doesnt matter how small, just the fact you've done it.
