And BIG GIANT INFINITE ♾️ LOVE to all the Peace soldiers who will be standing in protest today all over the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 🇺🇸 to stand up for the right of all beings to be free from the tyranny of fascism and this nonsensical nonsense brought by one individual -whose over inflated ego has kept the whole world focused when we all should be taking care of one another, of our beautiful planet 🌍, of our environment, the quality of the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat (have you ever wondered about the real cause of cancer, diabetes, MS, allergies, etc. ?)

And! -let’s not forget he is the useful idiot in all this!! This also goes to all those who are pulling the strings.

I see a multi headed beast at work and fear will be of no help.

American or not, we all need to:
1. Stay strong

2. UNITE

3. Use the sharpest discernment

4. Be clever and well organised

5. Remain peaceful even when faced with hatred and stupidity

6. Keep faith and remember there is a Divine plan at work

7. Keep on doing the work to heal ourselves from the past trauma endured

8. Ask ourselves the question: Do we really want to repeat the same mistakes on and on and on?

9. Fight for our right to be FREE yet without feeding the beast.
(Our emotions is its fuel. I’ve learnt this lesson about how to disengage from the grip of narcissism.)

10. Stay hydrated, slow down, and step back to breathe as often as necessary to remain PRESENT to self.

11. Remember that however real this all looks like, it’s still part of the great illusion, the Maya. Beyond the veil, all this polarisation simply vanishes.

12. Use this opportunity to define that which we really choose to be, to see, to co-create for ourselves, for our children and for the next world.

BE THE LOVE
DIVINE BLESSED LOVE
ONE LOVE

This kind of Love is the strongest shield there is. It can say NO. It can say STOP 🛑
It can move mountains of ignorance.
It can shake the heart of All That Is
It can make us invincible from the instant we remember it’s what we were made of in the first place.

May Peace prevail on Earth 🕊️

Now more than ever before
It feels essential to understand
What happened to those who were traded for profit.

You might think what does she know about it. Well, I’ve recollected enough soul memory aspects of this very being as a slave to feel totally concerned and not from the side of those who abused but from the side of the abused. Not asking you to believe me but some say you can still hear it in my voice when I sing, particularly when I sing the blues.

Your relationship with God is akin to the relationship of a wave to the ocean. The wave is not something other than the ocean, nor is it separate from the ocean—yet it is clearly not identical to the ocean.

The wave is an arising of the ocean—an individual oceanic manifestation, if you please—and when its expression is complete, it recedes back into the ocean, whence it came.

The ocean is never not within the wave. Yet the ocean is one thing, and the wave is another, even though both of them are water. In other words, they manifest as a shared substance, but in vastly different proportions.

In the same way, you arise from the Divine, and express as the Divine in individuated form, then recede back into the Divine, whence you came, to arise and express again in another way on another day.

You are not the sum total of the Divine. The sum total of the Divine is one thing, and you are another. Yet you are made up of the same thing.

God calls that thing pure love.
