Namaste Yoga Everyone would do so much better only if they knew what yoga teachers know. I was surprised to see the depth of knowledge that is attained by yoga teachers.

The Goal of my Page is to tell you all those little tips and tricks that many Yoga teachers know but somehow in class settings they do not get conveyed to the students. Namaste, my name is Surbhi Sharma and I am a certified Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor (RYT – 500 hours). As a Yoga teacher my goal is to help and guide you with a few tips that many Yoga teachers know, but somehow in class settings are unable to convey these to the students. I think, everyone would benefit vastly from this knowledge that has certainly helped guide me and most yoga teachers. I have been a yoga student for many years; however, I have not seen much difference in my practice until I actually became a teacher; that too in a very short amount of time. My mission is to educate people interested in learning and practicing yoga with some tips that can help maximize their benefits. It is a misconception that yoga is only for flexible people. In fact, accuracy is more important than flexibility and a little twist of breath in a particular posture can help achieve greater benefits. I hope to be successful in making the world a happy and healthy place through yoga, one person at a time.
