My sacred spot - Growing up, I spent countless hours here, surrounded by nature and family. My ancestors communed here, and their spirits remain.

As a child, I took this place for granted, but now I cherish every moment. Memories of time with my abuela and cousins. Generations of our family have gathered in these waters.

I envision the past, when our ancestors connected here. The petroglyphs are a direct link to them.

The sound of the water puts me in a peaceful state.
I hope this place and its serenity bring you calmness and peace. May you feel the love and tranquility throughout your day… Remember, you are divinely guided and protected 💫✨🌟

Cempasúchil 🧡/ Caléndula/ Marigold: a bridge between worlds.
Their irresistible scent and radiant colors draw in bees 🐝 and ancestors alike.
In Oaxaca's fields during Día de Mu***os, I experienced the profound connection between these flowers and those who have transitioned. The locals showed me that the marigold's vibrancy and scent, calls out to our ancestors, inviting them to join us. That's why Cempasúchil are a staple in altars and decorations.
Each year, I plant seeds and nurture these flowers in honor of those who came before us and the wisdom they shared.
