2 weeks left of current fitness program but I don’t want it to end. Seeing such amazing results ❤️
Taking pics is so important so you can see what is happening because sometimes we don’t feel it or see it on the scale so we tend to get discouraged and want to give up
Taking pics the last 14 years has been a game changer to help keep going when I don’t think it’s working
Movement , eating healthy is all working eventhough it is slow going
I always remind myself if I stop , I will absolutely feel and see myself going backwards in my health
It’s annoying always feeling like we are on a health journey but once we shift and make it routine , it helps the mindset know that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy sweets and treats or rest days
It’s all part of the journey
Shift the mindset to create healthy habits and routine just like you get up to work everyday , just like you get up shower , brush teeth , take care of your kids and household
You get 30 min of exercise movement in each day and eat mostly healthy foods from the perimeter of the grocery store
Whole Foods from the earth
Easier said than done , I know but it can be done with your mindset shift . I believe in you
