Dear Friends,
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: In spite of structure, that decides the spectrum inherent design could be different! Inherent design is not potential. Potential is what one can achieve best under or in spite of limitations. 𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗱'𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 and it does not matter what that organism is. God and Nature want a human organism to be a temple of God, thus that is the inherent design of human organism. We have noted this inherent design in (𝗰) part of the area of the brain, the silent area, holy ground.
Always therefore (𝟭) we must search for the inherent design of an organism (𝟮) then study the structure and spectrum and whether by improving the structure (𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱) or 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱?! Normally, the s*x and the emotional centres always work in co-operation, for s*x centre is incapable of working satisfactorily without the needed emotional stimulus, and the emotional entre is not able to get certain satisfaction without the s*x centre’s co-operation.
The intellectual centre is the senior most director. In what manner is this director senior? Just like planets, the centres have their speed of rotation and their speed of revolution, and their mass – this creating certain intensity. What mass is to the planet is the will to the centre. The following table will clarify.

The necessary steps for refining are:
𝗔) 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 i.e. controlling the five mechanisms that lead to hindrances of s*x, anger, ego, avarice, greed, passion, possessiveness i.e. change our false magnetic point.
𝗕) 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗦 i.e. introduce corrective methods.
𝗖) 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗦 i.e. daily practice the six vital exercises for breaking down emotional granthis formed in various parts of the body system.
𝗗) 𝟯 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗥𝗛𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚
i.e.practice as much as possible three step rhythmic breathing to come to atleast eight hours a day. 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 do not proceed further if you are not honestly convinced that you have succeeded in refining.
Now for a little explanation before we start the up-grading practices. An incident takes place:

Dear Friends,
𝟮. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 : The particular structure in any form, runs throughout that organism i.e. 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. This enables that organism with its organs, nerves, brain or whatever way the composition of a form be, to perform accordingly i.e. is the possible spectrum. The eyes will see as much, the ears will hear as 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 and the brain will understand as much and 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 to understand or performs or understands or performs incorrectly or 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆, it is no offence, crime or sin! When we understand this we shall be able to act and understand with all life correctly for it will develop compassion. It is here that it is obvious that preaching sermons will always fail. Spectrum depends on structure and will automatically improve with structure.

Self-imposed controls or controls imposed by others in authority only increase the inmates of our mental homes and public jails. Religion, code of conduct, and such other remedies are bound to fail for 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗬, 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗘! He may, for a very little while, do so under some stress but not of his choice and free will and unless he can do so of his own choice, man must necessarily fail. If he does not fail, either he is a God incarnate or there is something wrong with his mechanism. Why then, brand some as criminals? Some are afraid of society and the law does not give physical translation to their very many absolutely same decoded patterns of thought and some do not give oral expression. we are also told that decoded thought is in pure motive state and God or Nature’s laws judge us by our pure motive state and not by our physical action, for it is of no consequence. Are we not in the eyes of God, and before Nature’s laws, criminal equally?

Depending on this code, structure and spectrum of our awareness will be the quality of our life and based on the grade of our awareness i.e.passive or low to active or high to very high leading to pure awareness state will depend on the quality of life also -this is inner evolution and does not depend on the outer evolution which science has helped to advance.
Outer evolution is not keeping step with this inner evolution. Without this inner evolution man will become even worse than he is to-day. The majority today are man and woman the animal in human form.
Please note that tamas and rajas i.e. non-refined s*x and emotions form the explosive energy of sensitiveness that explodes time and again and will ultimately ruin an individual.
So if we are ready with refinement of awareness then only we can proceed to up-grade awareness. Nature has so designed that without refining awareness, it can never be up-graded and all attempts to upgrade will be frustrated.

Dear Friends,
In our earlier meeting we have designated the organism as '𝗜 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼' This is our diagram 𝟭 state and after much work on one' self, one reach the diagram 𝟯𝗮 stage. Diagram 𝟮 shows progress from 𝟭 towards 𝟯𝗮. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝗮 condition and later proceed to 𝟯𝗯 and 𝟯𝗰 stages.

The structure of all forms, from highest man to lowest form of life including vegetation and mineral is composed of three qualities, Sattva, Rajas and Tamas i.e. intellectual, emotional and s*x in all permutation and combination (𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀), plus all the permutations and combinations of awareness from zero to hundred. This is the structure of a form.

This inside equilibrium between centres is not taught at school so that by such aid one can help oneself in all conditions of life, but in the absence of any remedy – we can all understand.
In the absence of any treatment of our inside self, how are we going to condemn anyone? We do not wish to philosophise but we want our reader to suggest a proper remedy. Whatever we do after an event is of no use, like water is to a man dead of thirst. No remedy is good after a man has acted and is declared a criminal. What remedy do we have to prevent him from becoming one?
Day by day, the index of living is going up, there are more things today a normal man wants and enjoys than was possible for the very rich to enjoy in the past, and therefore he is goaded or tempted much more today to go wrong
than ever before in the past.
