When we first meet our clients here at Inspired to Change they often tell us that they feel stressed and overwhelmed.

Does slowing down feel uncomfortable?
Like you should be doing something… anything… or else you’re failing?

You make your tea ☕, sit down for a moment… and your brain screams “you should be working!”
You scroll your phone, check emails, tidy a little - anything to feel productive - because stopping feels… wrong.
That’s not laziness. That’s your brain wired to link worth with doing.
