Consistency over perfection — always.
Lately, I made a quiet but important decision for myself:
�I returned to a structured workout plan I’ve done before. Not because I was starting from scratch — but because I know how powerful having a plan is for me.
Sometimes progress doesn’t come from doing something new.�It comes from returning to what already works.
Over the next 8 weeks, I’m committing to:�• 4 days per week of strength + HIIT�• Regular walking�• Weekly Pilates�• Occasional studio Pilates + movement that feels joyful (yes, line dancing counts 💃🏽)
This isn’t about extremes.
�It’s about rhythm, sustainability, and honoring the season I’m in.
