🚫You don’t need a perfect or complicated plan.

Here are 7 simple things that will help you shift your body composition (less fat, more lean muscle).

1️⃣ Walk daily. In fact, move more, period. Don’t have oodles of time? Walk snacks of 10 mins have been proven by research to support metabolic health.

2️⃣ Go to bed earlier! You can’t out-diet exhaustion. Rested bodies make better choices. Plus, your body will not shift fat if sleep deprived.

3️⃣ Drink water first. Before coffee. Before meals. Before your snack.

4️⃣ Plan workouts like appointments (and hold yourself to them). And if you can schedule them in the morning, you’re more likely to get it done! Before life gets in the way.

5️⃣ Let go of perfection and “all or none” mentality. Progress & consistency over perfection. Always has been, always will be. Something is ALWATS better than thing.

6️⃣ Get outside daily. Sunshine. Fresh air. Nature = reset the nervous system. A calm nervous system yields better transformation.

7️⃣ Believe that it is possible. You are what you believe. And if you keep believing that “you are not a morning person” “you will always have a big bum” “ that “you have a slow metabolism” - this is what youll get. Change your mindset and you will change your outcomes.

🚫 We love to overcomplicate things when it comes to weight loss.

But the truth? We’ll bang on about this til the cows come home….

The biggest results come from simple, consistent habits done on repeat.

We both manage our weight with ease, have more energy, and feel better than we did 20 yrs ago— and not because we found the perfect plan.

Because we stopped chasing the latest & greatest and started getting consistent with simple.

You don’t need more rules. You need more follow-through.

💥Let’s be real—everyone has those days.

The days where you skip your workout.

The days where you order uber eats because you’re exhausted.

The days where you polish off the kids’ snacks and tell yourself, “I’ll start again Monday.”

We used to think one bad day meant we’d failed. That all our progress was gone. That we may as well keep eating junk/ have another drink/ hit the snooze button again, because what was the point?

🔥Here’s the truth we wish we’d learned sooner:…

One bad day doesn’t ruin your progress. Quitting does.

So the next time you “fall off,” here’s what to do:

1️⃣ Zoom out.

One day is a blip in the big picture. Think of your journey like a 6-month timeline—does one imperfect day really erase all the other days you showed up? Nope.

2️⃣ Get curious, not critical.

Instead of beating yourself up, ask: What triggered me? Was I tired, stressed, unprepared? When you understand the “why,” you can prevent it from happening again. And you can cut yourself some slack in that moment. If it happens consistently? Maybe you are pursuing the wrong action or following the wrong plan for you.

3️⃣ Make the next choice a good one.

Not tomorrow. Not Monday. The very next choice. Pour a glass of water. Make a balanced plate. Go for a walk. Small pivots add up fast. Your next meal, drink, sleep or workout is a chance to reset.

4️⃣ Remember, this is life.

Your kids will get sick. Work will get busy. Holidays will happen. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s learning to keep going through the chaos. And just get as consistent as possible.

🚫One bad day doesn’t take you back to square one, unless you let it. The only way to lose is to quit.

So when you “fall off,” shake it off and take the next step forward. That’s how real, lasting results are built.
