This is an appliance that was developed at our lab to close diastemas. It gathers the centrals and laterals toward the midline. Permanent retention is accomplished by direct cosmetic bonding to close the residual space distal to the laterals after the space is closed. We use a traction screw but you can use a modified acrylic expansion screw if you modify it (too much work IMO) They also make a screw I show in the last picture to close diastemas but I could not find a pic of it in an appliance.

We fabricate a ton of Clears with pontics, I think mostly for implant cases. Our Super Hero Superman Sidnei puts a lot of love into ours. We as most orthodontic laboratories offers these appliances at extremely reasonable fees. Maybe all of us orthodontic labs needs to charge more for these? Anyway I am proud of our cosmetic work as I am all of our work!

Just home from the SAO in TX. Our booth was all about the Keles Keyless Expander. We had the pleasure of having Eren Keles the co inventor of the KKE in our booth. Jesse is the redhead, I am the old dude and Eren is the handsome one. It was a productive meeting and a great time. I am so lucky to be able to work with Jesse, he is an absolutely amazing person, and he is handsome as well!

SSO Cocktail Party is tomorrow night. Come by the booth to register for the watch raffle and ask for one of our Day of the Dead demo appliances on a 3/4 scale 3D printed model. We only have 50 to give out, when they are gone they are gone! I look forward to meet you.

Jesse and I are headed to SanAntonio for the SSO next week. The theme of the meeting is the Day of the Dead, a holiday that honors family members that have passed. We will doing a free raffle drawing for this Day of the Dead designer watch, please come by our booth and drop your business card in the bowl. The drawing will be at 4:00 Friday. We will be featuring the revolutionary Keles Keyless Expander and an industry disrupting Value Hawley fabricated using robotic wire bending.

Oh no, not more printed metal....

Jesse designed this around the erupting 2nd bicuspid to achieve maximum retention. Yes, the AI designs are great but our in house designs are better in these situations. If you only have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. This is not the case in our lab, we design all our appliances, not AI.

A public challenge to our team members Christina and Claudia. Inman Lab will be exhibiting at the SSO next month and it is our tradition to create a retainer with an acrylic design honoring the theme of the meeting. This year's theme is The Day of the Dead, Google it to get some ideas. You might also want to create a 2nd design mimicking the artwork from their SSO Brochure.

Jesse designed this beast and I absolutely love it! I have asked him to use printed habit designs even if we are not using printed bands. The single structure of the same metal is superior in every way to laser welds and solder joints.

I want to thank our amazing team for a flawless week. Both our Office Manager and our Production / Lab Manager were on vacation. Our team did not miss a beat, all cases shipped on time and all office issues were handled perfectly. We are once again "Running Like a Swiss Watch" I am proud of you all!
