Resetting & reflecting after a month of adventures...
Many of us live in a world where it's all go, go, go & sometimes we just forget to stop, take a minute, breathe & reset. Simply taking the time to recharge your body & mind will not only benefit your own wellbeing but also benefit other areas of your life whether it be at work or at home.

Recharging my batteries & boosting my brain with this 'Mushroom Mocha'

• 1/2-1 small cup of freshly brewed organic coffee (performance boost) Mattas International Foods
• 1/4 cup dairy free milk (i used Rude Health's tiger nut milk) (rich in nutrients)
• 1 teaspoon nut butter (optional)
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil (healthy fats)
• 1 sachet of Four Sigmatic's lions mane mushroom (brain booster)
• 1 teaspoon cacoa powder (mood booster)
• 1/4 frozen banana (energy booster)
•
Blend all together in a nutribullet or other blender. Pour into your favourite cup, drink & reset.
