Deep core & ab workout ☺️💪🏻⬇️
The emphasis is on breathing for these exercises.
1. Lying oblique crunch: exhale as you reach upward. One leg or both legs - either choice is fine…using both legs will make it harder.
2. Wood chop: inhale on the reach, exhale on descent. Brace the core. Rotate at the hips and follow through with the full leg to prevent knee twisting.
3. Bench side dips: brace the core, elbow directly below shoulders.
4. Cable crunch with pause: breath before pulling, exhale and brace core as you pull. Hold the position for a second at the bottom of the movement. Control is better than super heavy weight.
5. TRX V-up: breath in while in plank position. Exhale and brace the core while pressing the glutes upward toward ceiling, keeping legs straight.
