I help people tap into their strengths in order to overcome challenges and thrive in their educational, relationship, career, and life goals. I've spent over 10 years working with diverse individuals and groups in higher education, career services, and internationally recognized medical schools as well as health institutes while gaining a Ph.D. in Counseling/Clinical Psychology from New York University. Along the way, I gained an expertise in guiding people and organizations to access their best potentials as executives professionals, partners, parents, and students. 🚩 Have you heard a “coach” tell you “as a professional I can tell the difference between coaching and therapy is about…..” What if they just committed a felony and you and them don’t know? 🚩

Dear “Coaches”, you are not a regulated profession and your “coaching schools” and “federations” are not going to cover the lawsuits they have opened you up to with inaccurate and often illegal information about what you can do- including telling the public what is and isn’t therapy. How would you legally know if you were doing therapy or coaching without a regulated license to do either? Don’t ask me ask a lawyer like the district attorneys I have tagged here.

It’s easy to feel the weight of antisemitism in your life when gentiles and many Jews tell you being a proud Jew means standing by genocides committed in your name. If you’re Jewish and struggling this Rosh know that It makes sense and you’re not alone. It makes sense to feel depressed and full of grief when an ethno-state and its supporters break every commandment and claim to be doing this all in your name, for us all. It makes sense when your religious leaders abandon their values and have nothing to say about these commandments being broken in our name except high praise for the IDF. Take some solace in these photos and know there are Jewish counselors and therapists that have always been speaking out against this - some of them below from last year- just because the and have abandoned folks to deal with this trauma doesn’t mean you are alone. We are here for you. L’shana Tova.
