Bored of eating your carrots? Drink em instead!

Here’s the simple JUV 3 ingredient recipe:
1. Carrots (2 handfuls) 🥕
2. Celery (2 handfuls)
3. 1 pear 🍐

And boost it for an extra dose of nutrients with Turmeric (half a thumb)

King of the world! Wow, does pineapple pack a powerful punch. Nutrient and taste wise. This juice was a pineapple 🍍, blood orange 🍊, and kale 🥬 juice. It’s the perfect combo of sweet and sour. 🤤

Recipe:
- 1 handful kale 🥬
- 1 handful blood orange 🍊
- 2 handful pineapple 🍍

ICYMI we're all about simplicity here. That goes for juicing recipes too. So much so, we like to keep it so simple we stick to 3 ingredient recipes. Yep, you heard it right - 3. ⁠⁠

The easier it is the more likely we're to make it. Also, we don't feel compelled to jam every last ingredient in. Even 3 ingredients packs a powerful punch. And besides we're on a journey and we trust the process ;) ⁠⁠

The best part of about blender juicing is....you can skip buying that big, expensive bulky juicing equipment. ⁠⁠

Start with what you own already. It may take a little adjusting, for example, chopping your veggies down a little more or adding water incrementally. ⁠⁠

It will make building a habit way easier. Also, clean up is so easy with blenders, just toss em in the dishwasher! ⁠⁠
