Tackling Health Inequalities Together

Yesterday we successfully completed health checks for a community that are historically hard to reach.

South Lincs Rural PCN staff are working collaboratively with local partners to deliver health checks for hard-to-reach communities across our area. We are currently piloting this for a six month period but hope to continue this past this point.

By meeting people where they are, we’re breaking down barriers, improving access to care, and supporting healthier lives for everyone.

⛔️ Abbey Road in Bourne is closed this morning at the Nag's Head after a lorry struck the building overnight.
⚠️ The closure will allow for the building to be made safe and the lorry to be removed.
ℹ️ Abbey Road is closed from the junction with the A15 for approximately 150m. There is a diversion in place.
