My favourite breakfast at the moment…
Diced papaya with a generous squeeze of fresh lime (which I think really brings out the flavour of the papaya). Sometimes I add a sliced banana, then scatter a few raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds over the top along with a couple of crushed walnuts and five overnight soaked, peeled almonds, and some soaked sultanas( to make them plump and juicy). Finished with a healthy dusting of cinnamon powder, it’s yummy! 🕉️
