I used to roll my eyes when I'd hear someone say "you have a choice."

My programmed mind back then would find all the reasons why that sentence was wrong or didn't apply to me.

Today, I'm the one sharing this because after working on my mindset, I’ve seen the benefits of making good choices.

This applies to health, relationships, and business.

But in reality, they have a calcium absorption problem.
On a whole-food, plant-based diet (especially without fortified foods or supplements), your calcium intake can be excellent — if your body can absorb it.

Why should you consider hiring a coach if you want long-term, lasting results? Because overcoming old habits can be difficult.

Your brain fears the unknown. When you start a new way of eating, your brain finds it harder, which can cause doubts and questions, especially in the first few weeks.

To form new habits, you need a strong 'why,' self-love, consistency, and support.

Wherever I go to walk, run, or exercise, I've noticed that most people are running, and most of them appear to be physically fit.

A few years ago, I often compared myself to them and wondered why I couldn't run as well as they could.

Even though I do run now, I still remind myself to rest, slow down, and listen to this body.

Healing occurs when you pay attention to your body, take a break from the busyness of life, and simply relax while enjoying the beauty around you.

It doesn’t have to take long, just a few minutes each day can make a difference.
