I remember that less then 4 years ago I had never heard talking about them. It actually took me over 2 years to find out that I had some. When I was diagnosed with several food sensitivities (which was a big releasement for me after months of pain, not only physical but also psychological), I had not only to change my way of eating but also my way of thinking. Of course it won't be possible for me not to talk about food allergies as well as food intolerance while talking about food sensitivities here. The content of this blog is essentially based on various pictures by me (all others will be have a * in the text) and posts from various other blogs that talk about the subject.

At the beginning of October I had the chance to participate to the first edition of the event "black women cook and connect" organized by here in Berlin. I could meet a lot of great women during that cozy afternoon and exchange on various topics on one of Berlin's most amazing rooftop! I also had the chance to cook healthy food (filled red pepper and banana cacao pudding) with , who even had vegan and gluten free options for those of us with allergy problems! ❤ Thanks for giving me this opportunity! I am looking forward for the next edition!
