✨ I'm very excited for my second pop up event, this time being held in Crieff, Scotland at the beautiful

✨ Take a pause from the rush of life and join us in a nurturing space of community and healing. Through guided breathwork, calming meditation, a restorative sound bath and gentle energy healing, you’ll be invited to release stress, reconnect with yourself and restore balance.

Together we’ll create a safe, heart-centred circle where you can relax deeply, share in community and leave feeling lighter, grounded and renewed.

As we welcome the Spring Equinox, a time of balance, renewal and fresh beginnings, you're invited to a nourishing day retreat designed to calm the nervous system, restore energy and reconnect to yourself.

Through gentle, guided practices you'll be supported to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the season ahead.

The day includes:
- a welcome drink
- physiotherapist-led stretch session
- tapping
- breath work and meditation
- cacao ceremony and sound bath
- mindful reflection through writing prompts
- practitioner tips
- nourishing snacks and lunch
- a goody bag of wellness treats to take home

Throughout the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with me, chatting about your wellness journey, asking questions and exploring the holistic practices I offer.

✨ Jaw tension is directly linked to the fight-or-flight response. The muscles of the jaw (especially the masseter) activate when the nervous system is in a threat state. Relaxing your jaw sends a direct signal of safety to your nervous system.

✨ Jaw massage stimulates the trigeminal nerve, helping to calm stress signals to the brain. It encourages parasympathetic activation (rest-and-digest) and relaxes overactive chewing muscles. Jaw massage may also reduce tension headaches and facial pain.

✨ My daily evening wind down routine is essential for a calm, restful night. I try to keep the routine the same each night so my mind and body learn what to expect and therefore settle quickly.

😴 A weighted blanket is great for providing deep pressure stimulation, which can increase serotonin and melatonin and reduce cortisol.
😴 Journalling at the end of the day acts as a mind-dump, allowing you to release stress and anxiety meaning it doesn’t play on your mind and prevent you from sleeping well.
😴 Magnesium balm makes me feel calmer and is great for soothing aches in my feet after a long day. I particularly love this one from .
😴 Dimming lights and/or using a salt lamp sends signals to the brain that it is time to rest and reset. Warm, low light supports melatonin production and the soft glow reduces visual stimulation.

✨ This simple trick can help boost confidence, build identity, interrupt negative self-talk and encourage self-care and support. The High 5 Habit, popularised by and backed by neuroscience, is a quick and easy habit for your young person to develop.

✨ Here’s a quick how-to:

🖐🏼 Go to the mirror (usually first thing in the morning).
🖐🏼 Look yourself in the eye.
🖐🏼 High five your reflection.

✨ That’s it! A simple supportive gesture to yourself which says, “You are supported. I’ve got your back.” Remind your child that it may feel awkward or silly at first, but they can do it in privacy and over time it will become as natural as brushing your teeth!
