Do your knees fall inward when you stand, walk, or squat?

Knock knees almost never start at the knees, they come from what’s happening below and above them.

When the arches collapse or the feet lose their ability to stabilize, the knees drift inward to compensate.

When I walked into Therme Erding it felt like stepping into a memory. Saunas and spa routines have been part of my life since I was a kid, and this place reminded me why. Different rooms, different scents, waves of heat, moments of cold, and a calm environment that lets your whole system breathe again.
