Over the years, we’ve watched something powerful happen when people train alongside others who understand the work.

The inner terrain endurance sport asks you to navigate—doubt, resilience, patience, belief. That’s our jam.

What started as two athletes sharing a philosophy has grown into something much bigger than us.

YogiTriathlete is many things, but at its heart it comes back to a few simple pillars:

Endurance.
Learning what your body and mind are capable of over time.

Coaching.
Guidance that looks at the whole athlete—science, experience, and the practices that build awareness.

Community.
Athletes supporting athletes through seasons of growth, setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything in between.

Adventure.
Because movement is meant to expand our lives, not shrink them.

And underlying it all, the work we return to again and again:

Training the mind.

Ten years of showing up together.

And the work continues.

Thank you all for being here with us.

Racing exposes the conversation happening in your head.

Fitness matters. But mindset decides what happens next.

Tonight inside Endurance Squad we’re coaching the psychology of racing:

How to stay clear when the effort rises.
How to stop negotiating with yourself.
How to execute when the moment gets loud.

This is the side of endurance sport most athletes never train.

And it changes everything.

You cannot train for today by chasing who you used to be.

Four weeks from now, many of you will stand under the arch at Ironman 70.3 Oceanside.

And somewhere in the noise of race season, comparison starts whispering — that you were faster once, leaner once, stronger once, that there was a version of you who handled this better.

Your past performance is not your potential. It prepared you, shaped you, and lives in your nervous system now.

But peak performance only happens in the present. Science is clear on this — attention anchored in the now is what unlocks clean ex*****on and sustainable output.

That’s it. It’s that simple.

You don’t rewind into fitness. You align into it. You get clear on who you are now — and build from there.

Always forward.
Never back.

Medal Monday 🥇🌊🔥

This weekend was not casual. It was crafted. Executed. Lived fully.

Aurora crossed the line at Ironman 70.3 Monterrey in just over six hours. Swim. Bike. Run. All steady. All strong.

What impressed us most was not the clock, though it smiled kindly on her. It was her composure. She managed the day with calm precision, staying patient, fueling well, and keeping her nervous system steady. When she ran down that finisher’s chute, she wore a smile that said everything. Joy. Gratitude. Six years of layered work.

From ultras like Tahoe 200 to this half distance breakthrough, Aurora continues to evolve. And yes, we have a feeling longer distances are whispering her name.

Anne Haddad completed a full self-planned HYROX in just over two hours. Two hours of grit, pacing, and strength under load. She did not just survive it. She enjoyed it.

Anne showcased something we talk about often at YogiTriathlete: when the mind is steady and the heart is aligned, the body follows. This was not about proving anything to the world. It was about filling her own soul. And now she turns toward the rest of her season with bold challenges ahead, standing firmly in the truth that you are strong, you are powerful, and yes, you can have it all.

Valerie Stakes delivered a powerful swim and bike at Tritonman on Sunday, handing off to her partner Vaughn to bring it home on the run. Team racing requires trust and clarity, and she brought both.

This effort is not an isolated result. It is momentum. In four weeks she steps onto the start line at Ironman 70.3 Oceanside, and this weekend laid another strong brick in that foundation. The season is just beginning.

We celebrate the medals, yes. But more than that, we celebrate the presence, the preparation, and the willingness to step forward awake and ready.

If you feel that pull, the door is open. Endurance Squad. 1 on 1 coaching. Let’s build your season with intention and courage.

Where are the Yogis this weekend.

Aurora is racing Ironman 70.3 Monterrey, her first half-distance triathlon. After six years of working together, much of it rooted in running and ultra-endurance adventures like Tahoe 200 and Sedona Canyons 125, this race is a beautiful evolution. The engine is already there. This weekend is about trusting the work, staying present, and letting curiosity lead the way across new terrain.

Anne is taking on a self-planned full HYROX event. No crowds, no banners, just intention and ex*****on. This is the first chapter in a season that also includes ÖTILLÖ, a self-supported 50k, and an Olympic-distance triathlon. Anne embodies the truth that you don’t have to choose one path. You can have it all, if you’re willing to train your body and your mind to meet the moment.

Valerie is racing the Tritonman relay in San Diego, handling the swim and bike before handing off to her partner Vaughn to bring it home on the run. This is teamwork at its finest. Clear roles, shared energy, and the joy of contributing your best so someone else can fly. We love this expression of racing together.

We’re cheering loudly for each of you. Race awake. Race curious. Race ready.

If you’re feeling the pull to train with this kind of intention and support, you can join our Endurance Squad or work with BJ through 1 on 1 coaching. Wherever you are on your path, there’s a way to walk it with purpose, presence, and a team behind you.

There are moments in racing — and in life — when something arrives before you feel ready.

And the instinct is to resist it.

But what if the moment showing up is the proof you’re ready?

Fresh off — a three-day mountain ultra in Argentina — this was the lesson that had been unfolding long before the start line:

Growth doesn’t happen when everything feels controlled. It happens when perspective opens inside challenge.

Our minds are anti-fragile. They strengthen through adversity — not avoidance.

You don’t have to love the storm. But you can learn to stand inside it without collapsing.

This clip comes from Episode 459 of the YogiTriathlete Podcast — recorded after racing through the Andes Mountains — where we talk about the mindset skills that allow you to move through difficulty instead of negotiating with it.

Most athletes struggle because they’re trying to return to a version of themselves that no longer fits.

“I used to run this pace.”
“I used to train more.”
“I just need to get back.”

But training isn’t about going backward.

Your potential lives in who you are now —
your life, your stress, your body, your season.

When training is built around the past, frustration shows up fast. When it’s built around personalized potential, progress becomes sustainable.

This is a big part of what we coach at YogiTriathlete. Training that works with your life instead of fighting it.

Structure. Perspective. Community.

If you’ve been trying to get back, you may just need a better system.

Endurance Squad is open.

And for athletes wanting deeper personalization, we currently have two 1:1 coaching spots available as well.

The Coach of Joy.

For 11 years, Clark has shown up to races before sunrise. Cold mornings. Long days. Finish lines that stretch into the dark of night.

He doesn’t care about pace, podiums, or personal bests. He just shows up.

Tail wagging. Fully present. Ready to celebrate every athlete the same way.

Some days he’s tired.
Some days it’s loud.
Sometimes the wait is long.

But he never questions whether it’s worth it. Because community isn’t something you earn — it’s something you give.

Clark reminds us what YogiTriathlete has always been about: showing up for each other, supporting the journey, and finding joy in the effort.

Jess leads yoga adventures rooted in movement, presence, and place.
This time — Bhutan.

In Bhutan, connection is something you live inside of.

This is not a sightseeing trip.

It’s an immersive journey through mountains, monasteries, and culture — experienced from the inside out.

Yoga at sunrise beneath Himalayan peaks.
An overnight stay inside an active monastery.
The hike to Tiger’s Nest.
Shared meals, rituals, laughter, and deliberate days outdoors.

Adventure, yes.But more than that — perspective.

Bhutan Yoga Adventure is now open. For those ready to experience the world — and themselves — differently.

Here’s the truth most athletes eventually discover:

More discipline isn’t the answer.
You don’t need to try harder.
You need an environment that makes consistency easier.

That’s why we built Endurance Squad.
It’s not a challenge.
Not a program you finish.
Not motivation that fades after two weeks.

It’s ongoing coaching, structure, and community designed to support real athletes living real lives.
If you’ve been training alone and feeling stuck, this is likely what’s been missing.

Endurance Squad is open.
$99/month. Cancel anytime.

From Recklessness to Confidence: How to Honestly Assess Your Risks & Trust Yourself

Drop a ⚡ if you’ve ever felt unsure about what’s risky versus reckless—and how trusting yourself makes all the difference.

We often hear “take the risk,” but how do we know when it’s truly smart—or just reckless?
Risk comes from careful planning, focus, and trusting your process. Recklessness? That’s jumping without the foundation.
For example, changing handlebars before a race? That’s risk—plan, test, adjust. Pushing into injury too soon? That’s reckless—ignore the signals.
It’s about tuning into your intuition & making decisions aligned with your goals, not just emotions.

When you back risk with trust—trust in your preparation, your mindset—you build resilience & confidence. With that clarity, caution becomes a coach, not an obstacle.

And remember: even in the unknown, trust that each step, each risk, is shaping a stronger, more capable you.

Worth thinking about.

What’s a risk you’re willing to trust yourself with today?
