It’s been about two weeks since our second event, “Mend and Recover: A Sound Bath for Recuperation.” Though the melodies we've resonated with have long faded into an echo, the energies we've received have continued to ground us in the present moment.

In a world that feels overwhelming, we hope you were able to let go of your worries and immerse yourself in the frequencies of healing and restoration. More than anything, we’re thankful for your presence and support during the event. We hope we created a space where you could simply pause and take a moment to breathe. 😌

It works by harmonizing the body’s natural frequencies, reducing anxiety, releasing tension, and restoring overall well-being through resonant sound waves.

There's been a twist of plans! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we're moving Relax and Refresh: A Health and Wellness Sound Bath on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 at Wil Tower Function Hall, Quezon City.
