is a CSCS and one of the few McGill Method Certified Practitioners in the United States. He works as a Fitness Director at a corporate health and wellness facility as well as a Strength and Conditioning coach for middle school, high school, and collegiate level athletes, teaching them not only how to get strong bodies but to better utilize their thoughts and minds to surpass their goals. Sam utilizes his background in counseling to help walk alongside his clients, bridging the gap between where they are, and where they want to be physically, mentally, and emotionally.
