Monograms will be placed in the same order as listed on your invoice. Please be sure this is correct as well as all sizes, colors, etc. We will be unable to offer refunds on items that are made as your invoice stated. No returns on custom items. We will gladly exchange if there is a mistake on the item on our part. Non custom items can be exchanged for store credit ONLY! Return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the package, and items should be received back in our store within 7 business days.
