Men's mental health month - how to get involved
To succeed in addressing the causes of men's poor mental health, we must equip those who identify as male or a man to find the path to better mental health.

It is World Chocolate Week!

Choose some chocolate – either a type that you’ve never tried before or one that you have not eaten recently.
It might be dark and flavoursome, organic or fair-trade or, perhaps, cheap and trashy.
The important thing is to choose a type you wouldn’t normally eat or that you consume only rarely.
Then have a go at this mindfulness practice.

I am now taking bookings for the September MHFA course. This will be the last course that I offer for £100.

The reason I become a MHFA was to be able to help any students that might be suffering with poor mental health. I had one student who had a panic attack when they arrived, and I was unsure what was the best way to help them. That triggered me to train and I have found it has also improved my knowledge of depression, anxiety and many more mental health illnesses.

If you are interested, please send me an email donna@mindfully-aware.com. The closing date is 1st September and there are only 7 places left.
