📢 DONATIONS NEEDED – HELP US SUPPORT MORE PEOPLE

The Shieldwall Brotherhood & Shieldmaidens are asking for your help ❤️

We’re supporting men and women in our community every week, providing a safe space, food, activities, and somewhere to talk — and we can’t do it without you.

🙌 We’re currently looking for donations of:
• 🥫 Tinned food
• 🍝 Pasta, rice & long-life food
• 👕 Clothes (men’s & women’s)
• 🎲 Board games
• 🎮 Games & consoles
• 🎨 Creative items (art supplies, crafts, etc.)

Everything donated goes directly back into the hub and groups, helping people feel supported, fed, and part of something. Or a small donation to our gofund me-https://gofund.me/ddf6a9095

👊 Men’s Hub Opening Times:
• Tuesday – 11:00–20:00
• Thursday – 11:00–20:00
• Friday – 11:00–20:00
• Sunday – 12:00–17:00

👑 Shieldmaidens (Women Only):
• Monday – 09:00–16:00
• Wednesday– 09:00–16:00

🥊 DAVE’S BOXING CLASS – WHAT A SESSION! 🥊

What a turnout today for Dave’s boxing class — and the lads absolutely loved it! 💪

This isn’t about becoming fighters… it’s about:
🔥 Getting fitter
🔥 Letting off steam
🔥 Trying something new
🔥 Having a laugh together

Some of the lads had never even put gloves on before, but they stepped right out of their comfort zones and gave it everything — and that’s what it’s all about 👊
