📍 Cambridge I support women, especially those who are ADHD or neurodivergent, to unmask, rebuild their identity, and rise into the most grounded and confident version of themselves. My journey into this work began after a later-in-life
ADHD diagnosis that completely reshaped the way I understood myself. For years, I pushed through life wearing a mask to cope, fit in, and keep the peace — even when everything inside me felt overwhelmed or “too much.”
Unmasking has been one of the most challenging, healing, and transformative journeys of my life. It taught me self-compassion, emotional regulation, boundaries, and the power of showing up as who I truly am. I hold a Masters-Level Postgraduate Diploma (RQF7) in Coaching & Leadership Development and combine professional coaching frameworks with lived experience, trauma-informed practice, and a faith-aligned approach. My coaching style is calm, compassionate, and grounding — a space where women can breathe, be themselves, and feel genuinely understood. Alongside my partner James, we, between us have six amazing children. Life is beautifully full, often chaotic, and endlessly blessed and it’s taught me the importance of balance, authenticity, and emotional wellbeing. Through Hannah–Unmasking, I help women move from survival mode to clarity, confidence, and authentic self-leadership. Whether through 1:1 coaching, my self - study courses, or wellbeing tools, my mission is simple:
To guide women back home to themselves
unmasked, empowered, and aligned with who they were always meant to be.
