Healing is not an event. It's a process. 🌿

We live in a culture that wants results fast. That measures progress in weeks. That treats the body like a machine that should respond immediately when you give it the right inputs.

But the body doesn't work that way. And there's a very good reason for that.

When the body integrates change gradually — when it takes its time — it's doing something important. It's making sure that what shifts actually lasts. That what heals doesn't need to be revisited. That the new way becomes the way.

Healing isn't rushed. And that timing? It's wise. Not slow.

If you've been feeling impatient with your body — wondering why things aren't moving faster — this is your reminder that your body is not failing you. It is pacing you.

Every layer that integrates is a layer that lasts. 💙

Maybe it's been sending signals for a while now. Fatigue that doesn't make sense. Pain that comes and goes. A feeling of being off — even when nothing is technically "wrong."

And maybe — like so many women — you've learned to dismiss it.

To push through. To wonder if you're being dramatic. To wait until it gets bad enough to "deserve" attention.

Here's what I want you to know —

Your body's signals are valid. Every single one of them.

Dismissing what you feel doesn't make it go away. It delays understanding. It delays healing.
