Sometimes we forget that it isn’t always about what we lose, it’s about what we GAIN💪🏼

Transformation means something different to each of us and that is AWESOME😍

✨Live by your own definition of success.✨

Based on the feedback I got from the gals in my last support group, I’d say their nutrition and fitness changes made a HUGE impact on their lives in just a few short weeks👊🏼

Last call for anyone else who’s ready for a transformation, because go time is next week!

🤨But I can’t focus when I workout at home. There are too many distractions... I feel you… I have a few of those cute, demanding distractions myself.😉

But with my at-home workout library, I have the opportunity to be exercising consistently with fitness programs put together by professional trainers.
For $.27 a day.😱

Even when the kids are sick.
Even when I don’t feel like driving.
Even during Minnesota snow storms.
I can fit in a full body workout in less than 30 minutes.
And the kiddos get to watch me demonstrate healthy habits!

Consistency gets you results.
Consistency helps you feel energized and vibrant EVERY day.
And SOMETHING is always better than nothing.😘

But my family won’t eat healthy food and I’m not making two meals.
Me either🙅🏼‍♀️

Here are a few simple things we do to encourage the kiddos and also help me reach my goals...

✨Offer an easy alternative like raw veggies. I’m gonna get my roasted cauliflower and cooked bell pepper dammit... They can eat it raw (which they like😉).

✨ Make a minor substitution for yourself… I’ll do zucchini noodles in place of pasta when I’m motivated😂 Spaghetti can still be an easy but healthier choice.

✨ Deconstruct the components… I love myself a great chicken/basil/avocado/bacon sandwich, but the kiddos don’t. They’ll eat every ingredient separated though. 🤗

✨ Keep offering them healthy choices and encourage them to at least put it in their mouths... It can take kids like 7+ tries of something before they develop a liking for it.

✨ Be a good example. It’s part of your job description.😘

Day 58/100 and I’m IN LOVE😍
They say we should fall in love with the journey...not to hook our happiness to reaching some goal. And the joy that comes from reaching a goal is real, but short lived.

I’ve always felt proud when I’ve finished a workout program — whether it’s 3 weeks or 90 days💪🏼

But there haven’t been many programs that I’ve actually been excited to push play on 95% of the workouts like this one👊🏼 True story. Just because I workout most days doesn’t mean I always love it. FAR from it😜 Plyometrics, seriously😳😬

The variety, sweet trainer, upbeat music🎵 and short workouts got me hooked and LOVING the journey.

And I’m looking for 5 MORE GALS👯‍♀️ that want to join me, because I’d love some new blood to help push me to the finish line...You might do this program or another that we find better suited for ya, and we’ll link arms for the next 4 weeks of fun, support and motivation with healthy habits. You in?

Seriously…what if…🤷🏼‍♀️

What if you surrounded yourself with like-minded people that help you uncover your greatness?

What if you stopped listening to that voice inside of your head that says you can’t work out?

What if you started setting goals and living a life that honors your priorities?

What if you drank a little more water? Ate a few more veggies?

What if you filled your brain with positive, uplifting personal development instead of social media drama?

What if you were able contribute to your household income? Pay the mortgage without holding your breath? Quit your 2nd job?

You could do and BE all of these things and whatever else your heart desires by simply saying YES to learning more about being my business partner. YOU have the power to change your life in all the ways you need to…to be your best self…and to chase those dreams😘

Read that again... Perspective is EVERYTHING😘

This past month I have gotten into a devotional book, and as a more spiritual rather than religious person, it’s felt a little weird but also very enlightening... I’ve started to be more intentionally quiet and literally ask questions out loud that are weighing on my mind… Putting them out to the Universe, to the higher power, and then waiting for an answer.

It’s really awesome, because the answers do come😍 And then my self limiting beliefs on why I CAN’T do something get blown out of the water😉

So stop telling yourself you can’t...
Stop saying I’ll do this when...
and open your mind to new options you’ve never considered and allow the HOW to show itself to you.

I’ve committed to 100 workouts and I’ll be sharing my progress every couple weeks to help me stay on track, cause y’all know how easy it is to fall off the wagon🤪

I’ve dropped 2 lbs from left to right but body comp is about the same, which is all good by me because 😍 What I can say is that I’m IN LOVE with these workouts.

They’re engaging (10 different styles) and the music SO fun... I honestly look forward to these 20-30min each day — NO BS

Actually, this is probably the most comprehensive program I’ve ever done in terms of variety!!👊🏼 PLUS beginner or seasoned workouters are all thriving in my virtual gym and online accountability group!

Cheers to 85 more workouts😂😂
